SUNDAY SOCIAL RETURNS FOR DUBLIN PRIDE WRAP PARTY — REVIVING AN ICONIC NIGHT IN THE ORIGINAL HOME OF THE DRAGON

One of Ireland’s longest-running and most beloved queer club nights, Sunday Social, is making its highly anticipated return this Dublin Pride season for an unforgettable Pride Wrap Party on SUNDAY JUNE 28th— bringing together generations of the LGBTQ+ community for a night of messin and dancin and everything else that made it such a fun night.

After closing its doors due to Dublin’s ongoing venue shortages and outdated licensing laws that have challenged nightlife culture across the city, Sunday Social is back — returning to where queer nightlife history was made.

The event will take place in NoLita, the original home of The Dragon, one of Dublin’s most iconic LGBTQ+ venues and a landmark space in the city’s queer history. The location makes the comeback even more significant, reconnecting Sunday Social with the spaces and communities that helped shape Dublin’s legendary queer nightlife scene.

Leading the celebration will be one of The Dragon’s original main residents and a true icon of Ireland’s queer DJ scene, DJ RUTH, who returns to the decks for a special homecoming performance.

Founded as a safe, inclusive, and joyous space for the LGBTQ+ community and allies, Sunday Social became a cornerstone of Dublin’s queer nightlife. Its return marks not just the revival of a club night, but a celebration of the resilience and creativity of Ireland’s queer community.
