When Gilbert Baker designed the Pride Flag in 1978 he refused to trademark it or try to take ownership of it, insisting it was something for the whole community. The sale of Pride themed products has raised millions of euro around the globe for LGBTI+ organisations and the vital work they do. Today Pride is one of the biggest annual fundraising events for many LGBTI+ community groups. Since 2015 Dublin Pride have worked with Carrolls Irish Gift Stores as our official Pride Shop Partner.
Carrolls Irish Gift Stores are the only authorised suppliers of ‘Official Dublin Pride’ products. 20% of the sale all Pride themed products purchased online or instore is given to Dublin Pride and used for LGBTI+ community projects.
A range of 2020 In This Together Dublin Pride souvenir items will be available to buy shortly. In the meantime you can check out the range of products available here.
“We are proud to be continuing our partnership with Dublin Pride as the Official Dublin Pride Shop where 20 percent of sales made go straight back to Dublin Pride.” Carrolls Irish Gift Stores
