‘Older than Pride’ is a new monthly event brought to you by Dublin LGBTQ Pride in association with Age Action.
Launched by The Lord Mayor of Dublin as part of our 2019 Winter Pride Festival, it’s aim is to celebrate those in the LGBTQI+ who are older than Pride (over 50).
The first event of 2020 will take place Wednesday, February 26th and will include a tour of the NLI’s exhibition at the Bank of Ireland Cultural and Heritage Centre – Seamus Heaney: Listen Now Again, tea in the House of Lords, College Green and some great tunes at Street66.
The afternoon is kindly supported by Bank of Ireland’s ‘With Pride’ committee, The National Library of Ireland and Street66.
If you would like to attend, please register at community@DublinPride.ie so we can have numbers for catering purposes.
If you can’t make the House of Lords then be sure to save the following dates in your calendar: March 25th, April 29th, and May 27th – we will be in touch with times and places closer to the dates.
To register for this or to let us know of someone we should invite RSVP to firstname.lastname@example.org
