Lie back\, breathe\, and let the frequencies recalibrate the soft animal of your body.  \n\n\n\nBring a yoga mat\, blanket\, pillow\, and an eye mask if you have one; anything that will feel comfy and help you to settle in.  \n\n\n\nArtist Biography  \n\n\n\nKaren Donnellan is an artist\, energy healer\, and educator. She holds a Bachelor of Design in Glass from the National College of Art and Design\, Dublin\, and an MFA in Glass from the Rochester Institute of Technology\, New York. From 2014 to 2022\, she served as Director of the National Casting Center Glass Studios\, Associate Professor of Glass\, and Chair of the Sculpture/Dimensional Studies Program at Alfred University\, NY.  \n\n\n\nHer transdisciplinary practice—spanning sculpture\, installation\, language\, and music—has been exhibited at the Smithsonian Museum\, the Museum of American Glass and the Royal Hibernian Academy. As an energy healer\, Donnellan is a practitioner and teacher of Rising Star\, Prema Birthing\, Reiki\, and Seichem modalities. Through her practice\, she calls in futures where we are all liberated\, loved in our wholeness\, and fully resourced. She has performed Sound Baths Highlanes Gallery and at Body & Soul festival.
